Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I loved it at first before they sold it the first time when it was carlise at deerwood and managment was great then they sold it and the new people fired everyone and the new ones sucked very rude nothing got fixed we had to complain 5 times before they came to even look at the hole in are shower the tub cracked and they never fixed it the kitchen was very old the cabinets were about to fall down and they said that when we move they will fix it then it got sold again we lived there from 2002-2005 and it got sold 3 times with different people every time the playground sucked very old the water was always off i think out of 1 mth the water was off at least 4-5 hours everyday one day it was off from 8am till 930 pm that sucked esp if you have kids
