some of them are condos, some of them are apartments. i lived there when they were switching from Barrington to Sanoma. The water came out of the tap white, the walls crumbled when you bumped into them, and there was mold everywhere. Management replied to every maintenance request with, "It's not my problem" and they said it to our faces. They did construction work starting at 6am on saturdays. The apartments were so poorly built, although my roommates and I did learn a lot about drywall repair when we lived there. I feel sorry for anyone who buys a condo there. They're throwing their money away no matter how good the deal sounds, it's not worth it.
