Umm...did you pay your rent late and expect them to let it go for you and no one else? Maybe, you didn't give your 60 days notice you were required before moving? You want to try and make them look bad because you didn't read your contract. FYI- I have heard that their resident retention has doubled over the last year. Talking to 2 or 3 residents does not count as the majority when there are hundreds of residents. I love it at Bay Club. MOVE OUT BUDDY.

I would have to say that the only one out of the office staff worth their pay is Shellie. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help. The maintenance staff has been great in my opinion. They seem to do above and beyond their job. At times it seems like they are doing much of managements job. The dog poop thing is annoying. There is dog bombs just about everywhere. My apartment is right by where all the dog walkers pass and they always let the dog relieve itself by the walkway up to my apartment. It makes me especially angry because I have a two year old son and he doesn't always look out for the dog bombs. As far as their retention goes, I am not sure. I have seen since I have lived here (about 4 months now) at the very least ten different homes moved out of, but they are always quickly filled back up. There hasn't been a week since I have been here where there hasn't been a moving truck somewhere in the neighborhood. Other than the lazy manager and assistant manager everything else is something I can put up with.
