I can not wait until my lease is up!! We moved in to our apartment this year from out of town... and we are very displeased with the complex. We are in a "remodeled" apartment that is okay, it was clean when we moved in... however it was very cheaply done... This is not my biggest problem though. The water has been shut off SEVERAL times since we moved in... It was cut off today in fact... which is why I am writing this review... this is the 4th time it has been shut off since August... NOT ONLY has the water been shut off... the electric has been shut off also, and not because the payment was late my friends.... This place is a hell hole.. and the (new) office staff are very polite.. but somehow... things never get done... There are drug dealers right across the courtyard from me... and it is a very unsafe place to live. I am just learning of a murder that happened here a year or so ago... because of someone not paying rent... WOW!!!

Just last week, the water AND the electric were both cut off.... AND!!!!- It flooded!!!! It only rained for ten minutes!! And the people on the bottom floor are being rampaged by the rain!!! Luckily, we live on the top floor.

There are roaches.. the pool is just a completely different story... It has been closed for months... WE PAY FOR THOSE AMMENITIES! Seriously... this place is a complete joke... and very unsafe...

Cars have been broken into and vandalized... And I get sexually harrassed every time I go to my car... I am not a racist... but there are about 10 or so -------- who sit out in the parking lot and yell at and harrass all of the women who go to their cars and leave... I feel unsafe walking alone outside....

WE PAY SO MUCH!! We pay as much in rent as my sister pays in mortgage!!!! For a very small one bedroom apartment we are paying well over 700 a month... pluss water... which is included.. but WE NEVER HAVE WATER!!. IT IS ALWAYS CUT OFF!!!!

Do NOT MOVE HERE.... IF YOU DO.. Check it out on the weekends and at night first... and then... you will see exactly what I am talking about!

Thanks for this, I live in a 3 bed room house (renting it) but it's a bout a 50 min commute...I was thinking of moving my wife and I closer and this seemed like a reasonable place. sorry to hear you are having so many problems, but I will be more skeptical of renting there now.
