visited different complex at this apt complex is ok

I was a couple of nights at this complex and I didn't see any wrong doing by anyone. I was walking all around the complex on the grass most of the time and no one seen to not like it and this was after 9:00PM. If I would considered to live in this complex I would asked for repairs inmediately before I get the apartment. Also, I would talked to the police patrol that I saw regarding the whereabouts and learn the neighbors activities. In the morning I saw children enjoying the pool as well as adults.
