I've lived in three apartments since moving to jacksonville. Baytree was the best believe it or not. The management did suck as did the maintance. They blamed me for my a/c icing up and tried to charge me for it. I think the manager was having a mid life crisis, cause she helped us so much when moving in and went psycho in the middle and nice again at the end. Go figure. We paid early so I have no clue why we got the treatment we did. I will agree with the no parking and the --------. Also my neighbor always shrieked for her bad misbehavied children. I think the worst was my neighbor and their kids.

Not the best apartment, but certainly not the worst. You want terrible' Go to River City Landing..Baytree will seem like a palace.

When I lived there our a/c always iced up and broke. They had to replace the compressor every year that I lived there. Maintenance was constantly filling it with freon. The a/c's and apartments are junk. The manager was Jeanette and she was quite strange. She always told maintenance that most things that needed to be replaced were not in the budget......never! An employee told me that. The woman who helped Jeanette in the office said she was a nutcase.
