I lived here for 5 years and it was the worst experience ever. I stayed so long because the management staff forgot to increase my rent for the first 3 years. They never painted my apartment when I moved in. And there is of course the infamous ------. ------ is an elderly resident who is the neighborhood busy body she walks around picking up trash and spying on you. The sad part is the apartments take everything she says as the gospel truth. She once told that I blasted my music too loud at midnight, I( the music was played loudly on a Saturday afternoon) and I got a noise complaint summons. The office manager ----- is the worse, she is very unprofessional and will use curse words to make her point. The maintenance is horrible,taking days to fix 1 simple problem. In my time here the last 3 downstairs neighbors had the same leak "fixed". There is a horrible bug problem not to mention severe knee high flooding during hurricane season. The icing on the cake is they won't allow comcast to dig on the property so if you have digital cable you won't be able to receive all the channels that you are paying for, including pay per view. The only good thing is you can "rig" the washing machines to work with a butter knife. I know times are hard, but don't move here unless you have to, this place is the worse
