The apartment manager is a crook and a creep. He over charged me upon vacating, and my apartment was very close to perfect. He also entered my apartment with another man one day while I was showering and didn't leave once he realized it. My dog went nuts, and I heard him telling the strange man to just give my dog a treat and he will calm down. i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I disagree with the review. It is likely the manager walked in when there was no answer to the knock at the door. From time to time general maintenance and pest control needs to be done and the manager always gives at least a 24 hour notice. I have lived in these apartments for over 4 years and found the manager to be highly professional and courteous. I would be curious to know if this resident is one of those customers who can never be satisfied and complains about everything.

I can't resist, I lived next to these people (vdouglass) and they were a nightmare. I went into the apartment just after they moved out and the way they left it was very bad. Everyone I have talked to has moved into a clean apartment here. It is too bad that previous residents who are adults but act like children cant take responsibility. I feel sorry for the new apartments they moved into. I bet their new neighbors are as unhappy as I was when they lived near me!

Property02: How did you go into the apartment after we moved? Does Beach Bluff just leave the doors unlocked for anyone to come walking in? We never received any complaints from neighbors while we lived there, and the office never relayed any complaints to us, if they received any (which I highly doubt they did). I am willing to bet you were not our "neighbor" at all, but perhaps someone who works for the management company
