Hello, I am the Manager here at Beach Bluff and I would like to set the record straight regarding the "annonymous" writings of Ms. Michelle Pyle who resided in our community. She states that I am a crook and a creep.. a crook because I charged her $45.00 for vertical blind she broke and left on the floor and a creep because we entered her home to do a mainentence request and did not realize she was in the shower. I apologized for catching her at an awkard moment and she indicated that she understood. That is truly an embarrassing event for both myself and the resident. It was a pleasure having Ms. Pyle and her dog Cody live here and we were all on good terms until I charged her for the blind. Unfortunately she made a nasty phone call and used several words which I will not use here. We do try to take care of all of our residents and our object is to refund as much of a residents deposit (if not all). We certainly are not in the business of taking peoples money without a good reason. We certainly wish no ill upon Ms. Pyle, and we enjoyed having her here as she was a good resident. Thank you for letting me take a moment to provide all of our viewers with an honest account of what really happened.

So if you are so professional, why are you stating this woman's name? (BTW, you misspelled "due" above - "due to" not "do to.") Your lack of discretion and poor spelling/grammar concern me...

If you went into the apartment and heard the shower running and didn't leave, you are a creep. Also, posting any debt a person has to your company or any charges through a public means violates the FCRA. Also, whatever happened to not giving out a resident's personal info? I'd think a name is as personal as it gets. If I were the person that initiated this response, I'd contact the management company about you and see how they like you listing details about your tenants online. Also, a broken vertical blind is very trivial. Slats break off, handles break off. Most of us who are in the apartment industry realize that these things are wear and tear items. The only time you should ever charge someone for it is if they rip it out of the walls, screws and all.

We were looking at this site and were remarking how nice it was that there were so many good reviews, but after reading this I don't think I want to live at Beach Bluff. I don't think I'd like to live somewhere that my personal information might be posted for all to see. Very unprofessional. You have lost a future resident.
