I came accross this site and saw the article about Beach Bluff being a dump and thought this was so unfair. All you have to do is drive into the property and see that this is not true. Yes the apartments are older but I think they are kept up very well. I am very happy with mine and I have lived here for several years. I have had no problem with the office staff or the maintenance man and all of my requests to fix things have been done quickly. My apartment dosent have a moisture or musty problem so I think the resident must be doing something to contribute to the problem... this is FLORIDA and it can be a problem everywhere. I like it here and would reccomend it to anyone!
