One of my friends was looking for a place and saw Beach Bluff on this site and told me about it. When I found it and saw what a couple of people have said I was very surprised. I have lived at Beach Bluff for 5 years and during that time we have had only one manager. I think that it looks better now than it ever did and I dont think that it is run down or deteriated at all. I am very happy here and have really enjoyed it. It is quiet and whenever I need something, the Manager is great to get on it right away. I have two other friends that live here as well and their apartments are as nice as mine, so to the person or persons who wrote the not so nice reviews... you probably cant pay your rent or something simple like that. Everyone Ive talked to really likes it here! Take that from a satisified resident!!

Yes, i can pay my rent & in advance for 6 months at a time.
So, to back this up, try to think of how unthoughtful the current manager is & that does not address people issues with current tenants who fight at all hours of the night, & that no matter one can call the cops, the issue continues to arise.
Her only response is that is apartment living, no it is not, Curt did not allow for such things, for those of you who do not know Curt, he was the previous manager of these apartments, who did not allow for such disturbs in the quintant apartments we all love & want to continue living here, but not at the expense of not getting a good nights sleep.
So, before you go judging people in this site,like those that kiss the apartments managers hinnie,( hmmm think hard on this one ) think twice because we could be your neighbors....
We will not put up with this, any more, we are all prepared to spread the news on this site & others like it.

I haven't even lived here, and I can already tell that you're ignorant neveragain. how is the manager supposed to stop people fighting, it's the manager, not a ruler with an iron fist. and as far as your belligerent comments about kissing up, they don't prove your point and only serve to highlight your ignorance and lack of facts to back up what is obviously nothing but your minor annoyance at the fact that life is not perfect. I like the sound of this place.

I am only looking gor an apartment, but when I read the responses in neveragains, remarks I mknew this is not the place for me. It is the managers responsiblity to control the tenants. She may have to have an iron fist at times. You all should get together and have a group to work on these problems but you all seem to want to jump on anyone who talks about the problems with your little comunity. You all sound really young and maybe you need your parents to help you guys work together as a community so that youall enjoy your home life. Anyway I willn ot be coming to your community. Just because of your gang up on the one who tells it like it is... I tend to beleive the one who is being attacked by the rest of you. Your manager should be able to handle all of her tenants. And that means ones who fight.. No that is not what you pay almost one grand or more for. If I pay close to one grand they better get someone who can h andle their business!! You guys don't seem tohave that kind of mngr...Good luck to you all..
