Hello there, I am the Manager at Beach Bluff. I check this site periodically to see how we're doing. I was surprised to see a couple of negative reviews while visiting. We value our residents and try extremely hard to make all of our residents happy. I always keep my door open to all residents and invite their comments and suggestions. It is unfortunate that those who have written the negative reviews did not come to me and address their concerns. I would have liked to have heard from them. Thank you to all of the others who took the time to give their honest opinion on their community and their home. To those who are visiting this site for the first time, please take a moment and come by and see us and talk to any of the residents whom you may see out and about. Let us give you a tour and then you can better make your decision on your new home. Thanks again to all of the residents who have chosen to make Beach Bluff thier "home". We appreciate you.

I find it hard to beleave all the 5's something has to be wrong. I mean there is too many good reviews you really need to look at all the other reviews at least they have a mixture.

Just because someone posts a negative opinion of their home doesn't mean they are not being honest. This is a public forum for opinions, both good and bad. Just because you state someone didn't address their problem with you doesn't mean it isn't valid. What is it that you can do about decrepid buildings and poor parking? Nothing. That is unless you plan to erect a parking garage or knock down someone's building and start over. Again, this is a public forum for apartment hunters to get opinions of complexes from the people who matter - the currant residents. We don't need managers trying to increase their occupancy rate coming on here to discredit any of the reviews. I'd think that your multiple posts attacking people and reviews on here should be a sign for most residents to steer clear of your community. You've been unprofessional in your listing of resident names, etc. on this site. But, that's just my opinion - and that's what this site is made of, opinions.

I wish the manager was in her office like she claims to be. There are so many moments that the new apartment manager does not make herself available as the previous manager. To say that she wished that the current or previous tenants should of brought the concerns to her is a laugh. I have not see this new manager take action on things that need to be addressed. All though she has not been in her office like her office hrs. state she is available, many of us residents has left notes in her drop box. Do we have to wait a year before anything is done. I mean she knows where we live could she not leave us a message on our door, or our home phones, ( LIKE CURT ) use to do the previous manager. I mean talking about just collecting a paycheck.....
The parking issues happens to all apartment communites. NO WORRIES. But your neighbors are oblivious to the paper thin walls & the knocking on the walls to turn down the music or to stop yelling & screaming. All the do is turn the music up & continue to party, everyday of the week(who wants to put up with that everyday, not US.) If the new manager is really interest in our demands or per say her tenenats to be happy here to call this place home, well address the concerns, stand up for the people that live here, tells us that you do care that we are important as your current residents. TRULY, if you can make a differnce then do so, no just show up to your office & look pretty, holy. TO the new manager if you do not like our opinions then change them make an effort to address these concerns, YES WE ARE MAD...... WE ALL WISH CURT WAS HERE, in charge of these apartments.

I have lived at Beach Bluff for 5 years, and the author above is being truthful, however he is no longer manager, and honestly, the new managers cannot hold a candle to him! The yearly maintenance is being neglected, the quality of the tennants has diminished, in their attempt to keep the apartments rented, and the rent keeps rising, as the benefits decline! The "management" claims it's beyond their control, so if we do have a problem, it's just tuff! Not the way this property used to be run, and I resent the lame excuses! COME BACK HOME, CURTIS!
