I found this site when looking several years ago and have commented on this site about the other apartments I have rented. I think it is a good way to see what other residents think of the apartments. I try to be fair when I comment on an apartment community and with the other two places I lived I had to bring up some issues with those places which were honestly bad. I have lived at Beach Bluff ( my third apartment community) for 5 months and this is the first apartment I have lived in where I have had no complaints. I had a wonderful experience when I visitied here the first time, the place was very clean and well kept and the Manager showed me a actual unit, not a model home so I got to see what one actually looked like. Any time I have a maintenance issue the Manager is on it quickly and the Management seems to care about the other residents and the community. I have been very impressed so far and would highly recommend this place!
