I thought when I moved in August I would get the same service when I visited the office several weeks ago. The Manager was very short with me and rushed me through all the paper work and just wanted to get me out of the office. I have heard from my neighbors who also just moved in that they had a similar treatment... hmmm I hope I havn't made a mistake.. We'll see.

Can I ask about the apartment was it clean do they look to be in good shape? I am relocating in January and am intrested in looking at these apartments

When I first came to look at the apartments the Manager told me everything was new inside but when I moved in it was totally opposite. When I asked her about her "new" comment she said she never said it...I couldnt do much at that point, I had my truck loaded with my belongings.

Are you kidding? You're writing a bad review JUST because you perceived the manager to be rude? You didn't mention ANYTHING about the complex or about the apartment itself!

ever since the this new lady took over this complex, this place does not have character any more. This place is not "new" this place was built in the early 80's. What sold me on these apart.'s was the old manager who was honest & upfront, he let me & my spouse look at a few 1 bd. 1 bath apart.'s he had available to see which one felt right for us. The place is old but it was maintained by the previous manager. I mean the time he was here all the neighbors did stuff together & it was like everyone knew each other. Since the new lady took over though, she does nothing like getting involved with the renters here. If the pest control people are coming, & they do go into your apartments, we have no warning except so cheesy paper on the mailboxes which are exposed to the weather so you really can not get any info. All i have to say, is that the neighbors that have moved in here lately are so rude, loud, & play their music at all hrs. of the night. This place we quite & friendly to live in. NOT ANY MORE. We are moving out, due to we are tired of hearing fights from our neighbors that do not care if you have to wake up early to go to work or not & the apartment mangr. does nothing about it, but just smile & says its apartment living. WELL, it is not because the other manager did not allow for such things to happen, He made sure the people that lived here were good people, who just wanted a nice place to live without pinching your pocket. SO PLEASE think twice before moving here.
