Nice place to live

I have lived at Beach Bluff for 30 days. The grounds are well kept and they keep the grass cut and bushes nicely manacured. The staff is wonderful so far, although I could not negotiate much with my lease price. Maintenence man is very skilled. There has been some thefts in the area at night, and walking out to my car at night I have seen some homeless looking people walking around and hanging out but no problems.
The apartments themselves are old but the location is great. The porches are nice with plenty of room to set up a slow cookin charcoal grill or some nice wind chimes if you are the decorating type. I will probobly not renew my lease and look for a condo after this, for now it's nice though.
