Best 3 years of living I've almost ever had (alone)

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
I always like the people there, however, my two biggest complaints are that management is revolving-door and not enough notice when they increase rent(s) .... To live there and hang with the people in general is wonderful. Good neighbors, fast maintainance, and overall quality living. The "townhouse" atmosphere is great as there's no one living about you, so no "walking noise".
Overall,l I give it a 3.75 out of 4 stars.
