all of the construction going on while building the 9A overpass. Traffic is hellish all around the complex. It's 2 blocks from FCCJ south campus, and about 1 mile from UNF. There is a club/bar "Bourban Street" just down the road on St. John's Bluff which also creates a lot of College drunks traffic on the weekends. It's located near a Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Blockbuster, and there's Sneakers Sports bar down the road. Regency mall is about 4 miles away also. We had a 2 br/2 ba, a private patio. Kitchen wasn't that big, but the dining room and living room were OK. The utility closet was tiny, only enough for a stackable washer/dryer. Our dishwasher never worked. We must have called maintenace about 7 times in 9 months to continuously repair it, only to finally be given a newer one. The staff were OK, the maintenace crew were always friendly & willing to come at any hour of the night. (Like when the dishwasher leaked about 1 inch of water in my kitchen & was spilling over into the rug in the dining room). Overall, I'd live here again, but maybe a different style apartment.
