Great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   I have lived at Beach Villas(formally Hickory Patio Apartments) for almost three years now. Anytime I have ever needed anything fixed it was always taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff always made me feel right at home from day one. The way the apartments are set up remind me of townhomes. No upstairs neighbors, private fenced patios, and washer/dryer was included with the apartment. I have lived in some crappy apartments in Jacksonville(Sunkatcher..The Palms) and am finally happy to have something I don't mind calling home.
