Welcome home! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived at Beach Villas now for nearly six months and am quite pleased. The management office is open seven days a week--and the office staff works hard at making you feel at home--and at quickly coping with any maintenance problem. For the most part, the complex is very quiet at night. If there are problems, the management has no hesitation in assertively and courteously working with people to correct things. The courtyards in each apartment are unique--and add extra quiet and privacy. The staff who work on the grounds do a great job--rarely does one see any litter--and you can guarantee it disappears quickly. Dumpsters are kept clean. Landscaping is tended carefully. It's nice to have new carpet, cabinets, full washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. etc. in each apartment--and know that if there are problems, they will be quickly taken care of. I am particularly impressed with the manager and the leasing agent's care, consideration, and efficiency. Definitely would recommend!
