I was a bit shocked to see the two unhappy ratings of Beach Villas. In fact, at first I thought they were describing some other complex! I have lived here going on two years--and truly have nothing but admiration for the hard working Manager (Taylor), Maintenance Supervisor (Will), and the Assistant Manager and Assistant Maintenance Man. I rarely have any problems (all the appliances, cabinets, carpet, etc. were brand new!). But when I do, the Office is open seven days a week. Taylor and her assistant (Gloria) are most helpful, understanding, and efficient. Things are fixed--FAST--thanks to Will and Danny (his assistant). At no time have I received anything but the friendliest and most courteous treatment from anyone. I have lived in apartments in many places--but the good people at Beach Villas set a standard that is far superior to other management teams. I have no desire to leave my Beach Villas home--and recommend it frequently to colleagues and friends.
