If you remember the storm all of Jacksonville was flooded not just beach Villas. I have lived here for 10 yrs and we never had standing water. Remember Katrina and Rita. New Orleans never had standing water either until those storms. I would not have stayed in a place where I did not feel safe. Beach Villas has excellent professional and personal staff. they no when to keep it professional and when a resident needs a little more compassion. All I can say I will probally die here. Unless I win the lottery. If you want a friendly and great place to live come here. The 2 leasing girls in the office stood out in 40 degree weather the Fri before Valentines day from 6-8am serving all residents a continential breakfast before work. If that is not dedication then what is. To our girls in the office we love ya keep up the good work. you make coming home a joy.

I, too agree with this post and I don't know about dying here..LOL I lived here for 8 1/2 years and its peaceful. During the heavy rain of Faye which the worst flood I've seen in this community, the staff members came out in deep water to make sure the resident were ok! This management does not tolerant loud noise/music playing. However, its pricey and worth it!
