Ocean Park of Pointe Vedra 33% Recommended Apr 04 2007: I am a very busy person who works in the city and travels a good bit. Coming home to this location is wonderful. Check it out for yourself!! I have lived at Ocean Park for about 6 months now and I absolutly love it. The office staff is the nicest I have ever known, maintance is unbeliveably fast Ocean Park of Pointe Vedra 33% Recommended Feb 17 2007: we lived here for 3 years and were happy the first 2, things went downhill once they replaced the property manager. The first two were wonderful. The past 3 have been downhill fast. Although the rent is increased a tremendous amount each year nothing is put back into the property. The hot Windsor at Marsh Landing (formerly Tides At Marsh Landing Parke) 20% Recommended Jul 26 2006: this place is so nasty and not goosd place to live we whent there to see if we wanted to live here there were cockroches in the offrice and in the house |
