Good Place for Seniors Ocean Park was a great place to live. The storage is the best we have seen anywhere in apartments. The office staff were great and maintenance was very responsive to any requests. The location is very convenient. We enjoyed the year that we were residents.

Beach living at its best I have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it. Not only are the apartments spacious, but I can ride my bike to the beach. The community is very friendly and the office staff are great too.

Sleep In Your Car Since this community converted to condos a couple years ago, it has turned into a neglected community. Office staff is totally incompetent, maintenance staff is useless, buildings are not kept clean, residents are incosiderate drunks that cannot navigate a bridge

Ponte Vedra address with Jacksonville amenities I think the management promotes the property as being in Ponte Vedra. Lie!!! They are under the impression you can get more rent in Ponte Vedra.

property manager makes $$$$$$$$ commissions on empty apartments This used to be a very nice place to live. Now it's almost a transient place. You don't know any neighbors anymore. And that's because of the commission the property manager and leasing agent make when they rent empty
