Would not recommend to anyone. Several appliances have not been functioning correctly for over a year; management does not do anything about it. "Renovations" are a joke; pool is always filthy due due to no filtering system or "oscar" for the bottom of the pool. Workout room is a joke, has mostly garage sale finds. Clubhouse has tacky furniture. Place is a hell hole.

From Debra Prendergast, Manager. Again, I would like someone to identify themselves when claiming that Management "does not do anything about maintenance". I would welcome the opportunity to compare our maintenance request records with theirs. Our residents NEVER have malfunctioning appliances that aren't repaired or replaced IN A TIMELY MANNER. Our pool is inspected by the City of Jacksonville regularly. Those inspections are random and unexpected. We have NEVER had an unsatisfactory report on our pool by a city inspector. A filtering system is built into our pool. Our lightweight aerobic fitness center contains a $3,000.00 gym quality treadmill, along with two good quality stationary bikes, one gym quality recumbent bike, two gym quality stairsteppers, one "abdoer chair" purchased at Sports Authority as well as a television capable of playing videos or receiving expanding basic cable service. Our advertising lists our fitness center as "Light Weight Aerobic"- We inform prospective residents of all the equipment available BEFORE they lease their apartment. Our furniture in the clubhouse is somewhat outdated in style but clean and comfortable. Because our clubhouse gets very minimal use, we have chosen to use budget money in other areas that benefit our residents more, such as continuing to provide expanded basic cable service and water/sewer charges.
