I completely agree with the other tenants opinion on management. When manager Debra Prendergast shows you the apartment before you move in she very nice and polite.Once you sign that lease she is extremely rude and extemely unprofessional.She is the only person running the office time but every time you need to talk to her the office is closed.Don't bother calling the office because she doesn't answer the phone or return the message you left on the recorder.I know people that have moved out after their lease expired based solely on their dealings with Debra.If you are looking for an unprofessional and rude manager Debra Prendergast fits the bill.

From Debra Prendergast, Manager. I do not run the office alone. I do Manage the property alone and therefore unfortunately, I cannot always run the property from inside the office. We have a part-time leasing agent/office assistant. She shows apartments to prospective residents, sometimes this coincides when I am also out on the property, or handling property related issues off site. We have an answering machine and an emergency pager. In my defense of your allegations: I cannot recall once not apologizing to a resident when I return their call. I also can't recall not returning a message either personally, or through our part-time office assistant. I honestly cannot ever remember being rude to anyone, although at times I have been forced to be Matter of Fact.

Unfortunetly I did break my lease with expense to me. I felt as though the complex was no longer a safe place to live. I did map out the complex on property appraiser and there is not 1 apartment over 500 feet from the one I resided in. This was an unfortunate incident. I really enjoyed living there until this happened. The rent was very reasonable and the maintenance was superb.
