I have lived on this property for a few years now and I have sadly watched it's apperance go downhill. They have been painted an awful yellow color where as before they were a nice neutral beige color. The covered parking is nice in the summer months to keep your car cool, but i think it makes the property look cheap. also, in phase 2 (where I live) there is a "Lake" that has 2 broken down fountains in it. this is a HUGE eyesore for everyone whose apartments are located "on the lake" and who has to pay extra to have a "lake view". I have complained repeatedly to the staff to no avail. It looks more like a retention pond than anything else. I do not recommend living here. Go somewhere else where they take pride in their community and the way their grounds look.
