Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003

In the 11 months that I have lived in this apartment the a/c has broken 4 times. Service was prompt to have it fixed but it was an inconvenience to have to call so many times. Some pet owners are not considerate, I cannot sit on my porch or walk to my car without encountering a horrible smell. Overall not a pleasant experience but the price is right for the location, its just a matter of what you are willing to put up with. I will not be renting here again.
