I don't know what people are complaining about. It's a nice place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I moved in with my boyfriend this past summer of '03 in the 2nd phase. We love our location and how quiet it is. There are no problems with the neighbors. As a matter of fact, we have made friends with some of the young people here.
The lawns are manicured and kept up on a regular basis and we love the covered parking. Our place was spotless when we moved in and the carpets were all new.
Though, there is a little mold in the bathroom, but mold is common in a humid place and can be taken care of by bleach.
For the price we pay, its location, and its condition compared to those of other places in the neighborhood, it is my favorite place. We liked it so much, we estended our lease and are planning to move into a 2 bedroom.
