hostile managment; rusty applicance;broken mailbox; empty promises

The management is only nice until you move in. Nothing was fixed that was promised. Ants! Ants! and more Ants! Mailbox never worked; and management ignored requests for repair. Poor customer service. Management is bad! bad! bad!
