"This is the answering service" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 2 responses   I have never in my life lived in an apartment complex where you hardly ever are able to speak to a representative in the Rental office. Someone is always available at the leasing office to get people to move in but never when you have a problem. You have to always leave a message with the answering service. Also maintenance is horrible. It takes atleast 2 tries before anything is repaired and not to mention you have to be really on them about whatever you need. They keep the property very clean for the future residents. But looks can be deceiving. I wouldn't tell anyone to live here unless they knew how to repair things themselves.
