I have lived here for a little over two years now, and I've had it! Just this past Saturday, I walk down my stairs, and I hear 3 gunshots back to back. To my suprise, there was a police officer standing over a man who was shot. 30 seconds later, our phase was locked down by police cars and our parking lot was spiderwebbed with police tape. No one was getting in or out for a while. Two days before, my friend's neighbor was robbed in the other phase. I'm tired of seeing police cars in my parking lot. Not to mention all robberies that have happened in the time I've been here. My car, and 2 of my neighbor's cars were broken into within a 2 week period. It's not safe, and I do not suggest anyone female living alone to stay here. Pay more to get something better.
