1.I began living here in January of 2006. When I first came I thought this was a great area to live (seemed quiet at first). But then there was a shooting directly behind my apartment.

2. Bugs are every where. Insects also come in through the cracks. I've called them several times and they only put some kind of bait which has Zero effect. My apartment is always kept clean, but some how I am invaded by roaches, which they say come in through holes under the sinks.

3. Some neighbours keep the hallways like a dump. They leave garbage outside their doors for days.

4. Two huge pieces of paint (or whatever it is) fell off my ceiling. I called several times. They came to look at it once but that was it. Never been fixed. Now is seems like I have a leak.

5. The only good thing, I haven't had a problem with parking and the lawn is mowed regularly. Also the rent is reasonable.
