In the year we've lived here at Bently Green the ceiling in my bathroom has caved in twice, I've had a wall replaced because mold.I still have mold growing in my closet that backs into the bathroom. I've had my AC fixed at least 6 times, which is what lead me here today. My AC died last night, we called it in this morning. We were called by a man named Alfredo, he said it wasn't an emergency, and laughed when I asked him when he would be out to fix it. This is not the type of customer service I'm used to. The staff here looks like trailer trash... This place is just joke. The maintenance, the staff... it's all horrible. I would PASS on moving in to this place.
