I have lived here for over two years and have never had a bug problem or any kind of problem. And I am not even a clean freak, I might clean my place once a month. I have never had to have pest control in my apartment but they do offer it for free. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The manager who has been here forever is outstanding. Maintenance could be faster but there are a lot of apartments here. They have 3 different phases. The grounds are well kept. The price is good and the indside of the apartment is decent. It is very quiet and I feel safe at all times. Which is somnething thaat is very important to me , I am a single female. I work nights and when I come home late at night the place is very well lit. I love it here and will be here until I buy a house.
