I've lived here for almost a year and I'm going to miss it. If I wasn't being relocated because of my job I would continue to stay here. I think what I'll miss the most is how quiet it was. I never had any problems with roaring cars or screeches. I wasn't bothered by screaming kids. Only thing that was a small problem was a neighbor who let her dogs stay out all day and it was barking at the slightest noise. I told the Office about it and they immediately took care of the problem and it wasn't a problem since. As far as parking, it's not as bad as some of these people make it out to be. The ones complaining are probably complaining because they didn't get the carport immmediately at their doorsteps. C'mon, walk ten more steps and park at the carport across the lot. I've never had any problems with parking and we have two cars. The appearance was well kept. There weren't any loose piece of trash around the area. I wish they would fix some of the machines at the fitness room though. But overall, this place is great. It's quiet and the office staff are really quick at responding to your concerns. I would definitely recommend this place.
