Absolutely Awful! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   Maintenance is a nightmare. I have personally went to the office on several occasions and found the service to be inattentive. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done and then it has to be done over many times. Air condition service is poor. My conditioner stills does not work properly. Mold has developed and they refuse to fix it for whatever reason. Hot air comes in through the doors in the summer and cold air in the winter, which results in uncomfortable conditions and high utility costs. The appliances seem to be of vintage 70 s and they are always in need of repair. I would not suggest moving in unless you are just use to poor conditions and feeling unsafe. My neighbor apartment was broken into and it took maintenance forever to replace the lock on their door. If you like living cheap then this is the place, but if you want to feel safe and comfortable, this is not the place for you. I am moving out after 2 years. I have had enough!
