We moved in November 2006... oh god:

- The third or so night we had been living here, the pipes burst upstairs and it rained in our kitchen and dining room.
- A few months ago, the upstairs neighbors decided to clean everything they owned down the drain and it all came up through our sinks. Food, HAIR, roaches... it flooded the entire apartment.
- The people that live here don't understand that it's not a good idea to stop your car in the middle of the road... and leave it there. Every day. All of the parents crowd their SUVs around the entrance so it's nearly impossibe to come and go while school is in session.
- Right after the second flooding incident, the pipes burst upstairs above our bathroom sink... so it rained, flooded, and everything was destroyed.
- My car was broken into New Years Eve... along with three other cars. The cop said this was typical.
- The woman that lives behind our bedroom wall blares evangelical television and hammers on her wall at odd hours for no reason what so ever.
- Whenever we had water damage, they didn't seem to care about the possibility of mold. A week ago, we discovered our bathroom wall must be infested with mold... it's turning brown and black patches of ookey are coming through. FANTASTIC.
- Did I mention that people don't know how to drive' They also don't know how to ------- park.
- Avoid the parking huts. Two words: GIANT SPIDERS.
- The lawn care crew chopped down a bunch of smaller trees, leaving the trunks... causing foot injuries. However, they leave up the huge hedges that make it nearly impossible to turn left without the fear of being struck by one of the idiot drivers.
- One of the cars that was broken into sat there for weeks... untouched... glass everywhere. Then, it magically disappeared.
- People huddle in the middle of the road for "casual conversation"... even in the rain... I don't get it. I just don't.

Oh, yes, I live in the section that used to be Sandpiper. Perhaps the other parts are less evil... maybe worse'

- They put all of the AC units outside of one bedroom window. Our bedroom window. All of the units for the building. Thanks!
- Even when there is no one living upstairs, it reeks of cigarettes whenever the AC is turned on.
- There is absolutely no room for anything in the kitchen. We live in the biggest 1 bedroom floorplan.
- Yes, I know its florida.. there are bugs... but the amount of ants and roaches are completely ridiculous. I've lived in Fl all of my life, and it was never THIS bad.

DID I MENTION THAT PIPES KEEP EXPLODING'!''!'!'!

The army of ducks are cute, at least.... but I think we're going to move to the place next door.

First, I lived in Princeton Square (meh)... then Magnolia Point (let's just say that people try to sell you drugs when you get in your car, it's not a good place for a young woman to be alone, and there was a shoot-out after some kids robbed the Chicken Coop on beach blvd)... then Chase Oaks (Nice, but too expensive and the AC kept exploding water everywhere)... then... here. Next' Green Tree Place. Sure, it's next to a water treatment plant, but at least they have new piping and a bigger kitchen.
