So first off let me just say my first apartment i had with bentely green almost put me in the hospital with the mold issues. I was told to please stay and they can move me to a upgraded apartment!!! I like a dumb >>> said ok and the upgrade is spray pain on the counters the cabinets are all the same a bad paint job and plastic fixtures :( the crapet is like walking on the road its so bad and hard. My door that keeps the washer and dryer (stackable) falls off they only come out for pest when you call several times, anytime they do come and fix the many issues they never leave a note. the tiles come off in the bathroom they are not put in the right way just the fast cheap way, I do not feel safe the only time i see the PD is when they are looking for somone on the run. They found a dead lady in the pond I am just happy I was not out with my nephew feeding the ducks, and to top it off I went across the street and for 1600 sq feet i just pay 100 bucks more and I will also have free trash pick up meaning that you leave it at your door and they pick it up :) no mail center they drop the mail off at your door as well as huge pools with huge bbqs they have many many things for you to do ..like they have free personal training the gym really works and the machines have tvs on them like you are working out in a gym that you would pay several dollars for monthly bentely green machines dont work and its really dark and scary!!!1 I have no idea why I picked this place but i can tell you i am leaving for sure please contact me personaly if you have any more questions in reagrds to my time with living with this apartment complex

The lady in the lake was sleepwalking and accidentally fell into the lake which was a tragedy but not in anyway malicious intent by anyone. The machines didn't work because some kids broke them on purpose until they now issue keys for the gym so kids cant get in and mess stuff up and steal the safety key off the treadmills, whenever they try to get a new machine which they have gotten at least 3 since I have lived here someone who doesn't know what they are doing messes it up. Well they have fixed that and the staff tries to listen to us. I have spoken to the manager many times both actually, the office manager and the maintenance manager and both have been very helpful. My fiance and I are moving into a new apartment, one of the upgraded ones and they are cutting the price for us and giving us a deal when they don't have to. we are moving into a smaller one to save some money and the office manager said they will probably lower the cost for us, but I guess we are just the only tenants they care about. Maybe they don't like you because you are rude and annoying. By your story I wouldn't want you as my neighbor anyways so go away. Thank you for your cooperation. and stop putting Bentley green down.
