I have lived here about 1 year and there are some things I really like and others I don't. The unit I am in now is very quiet and peaceful with a lake view but before I was by the mail center and it got very noise at times. There was a lot of foot traffic sometimes late at night and lots of kids played in the courtyard outside my unit which was also very loud. They do have covered parking which is neat and screened patios which my cat loves! They are VERY pet friendly which is actually a problem because they don't really encourage people to clean up after their dogs. There is dog poo everywhere! Also, there is a BIG problem with fleas actually on the grounds! When I walk my two small dogs, they always end up with fleas all over them afterwards. My cat seems to be getting them from the patio area also. Another disappointment is the fitness room. They have very little equipment that actually works. They only recently got pins for the weight machines. You also have to check out the emergency stop keys to use the treadmills and I never could get one.
Another thing that is aweful is the lake or something nearby stinks quite often. It smells like sewage and I can even smell it IN MY APT at times!

I probably would not rent here again knowing all this. The only good thing about the place is that the staff is really nice and they do actually repair things very quickly.
