Apartments are poorly insulated which means your electric bill is a little high and you hear the neighbors pretty well. It's difficult to reach the office even during business hrs. Usually you get the Answering Service and no one returns your call. Having Pest Control actually come out and spray is another challenge. Always be home to make sure they really do show up!! And yes the bees are horrible! With that said though I renewed my lease here. The environment is not bad and its close to the highway and stores. I've lived in several other apartment communities and this really isn't all that bad.
