The location isn't bad, right off Baymeadows between 95-S and Southside Blvd., if you don't mind the traffic. getting in and out of the neighborhood was a little annoying. People who seem to like blocking intersections tend to drive past there a lot. Foot traffic is rediculous, it's like you'r driving on a 10 foot wide sidewalk all the time. There were a few times I noticed loud music from the parking lot to find there were some guys actually dancing in a parking space blasting music. The dishwasher was a success if based on the number of times it didn't rinse. The stackable washer was placed under the dryer (which was sitting on a wooden shelf) enough to almost not be able to open it. The bathroom caulk job was almost not there and my shower actually started leaking out of the side of the tub and from the knobs as well. It was fun wondering when my apartment was going to collapse due to water damage (humor). I also got the short stick when I noticed after the second night that bed bugs were having a party on my pillow. Good bye bed, I didn't like you anyway.
Paint chipped off the corners of the walls way too easily, the metal strips on the corners were noticable by the massive cracks running the length, and the staff were a little slow. It took 2 days to get a new dryer after mine starting grinding, another dya and a half to install it, and 3 days for them to pick up the old one. They claimed they were really busy and would have to come back to finish... as opposed to just swapping it out when they were already there. Not recommended at all, this place sucked and I wished they had smaller lease terms while I was there.
