Well what can I say I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and can?t wait to leave. In the beginning things were great for the most part. The cabana was completely rotten and termite infested much like apartment 307. After several hundred complaints the cabana was recently reconstucted. They have also recently replaced the roofs. But in the time we have been here we have had 3 managers and went for a good 3-4 months stretch with absolutely no manager at all. So some lady filling in rented the apartment upstairs to the most loud, rude, and overall nastiest group of individuals I have met. Let?s see there have also been several cars broken into and stolen the gate NEVER works and because of the city we can?t even make left turns into or out of where we call home. The parking here sucks. Maintenance around here is a JOKE we have never had enough main. personell to handle even half of the issues. I know many many people that live here and we all have similiar issues two of the biggest are MILDEW and MOLD there is no one I know that has lived here and not had a problems with these. That includes apts. 307,108,113,201,1115,813,822,106,102,722,1022the list goes on and on.
