I lived in the apartment complex for a year and it was nothing but trouble. first and foremost they went into our apartment without any noticifation or any specific reasoning for being there.
secondly i was getting a house with my husband and our morgage paper work was in the over night mail, and we didnt recieve it for over a month. they signed for it and we were never notified they had it. we lost our morgage causing us to have to rent a home for the duration of our time here.
when we left they charged us 2100 for damages to the apartment including 300 for painting the wall in which they said had dog fisces on it but it was actually MOLD cause they never fixed the mold in our apartment. they are the worst place, i felt so unsafe. And i am so glad to be out of there we were paying way to much for such a small place. it feels good to be out.
