I have lived in Bermuda Cove for less than a year and have been extremely disappointed by this experience. I moved into my apartment and made a two page list of things that needed to be fixed in the apartment. They assured me that they would be fixed. So, like the patient tenant I am, I waited and assumed that they would keep their word. The 30 days passed after our move-in date and nothing had been taken care of. I kept getting more excuses. Then in mid-February, they decided to re-do all of the buildings. Now from about 730-6, Monday through Friday, I have construction workers on my balcony, all kinds of tools making noise and shaking the building, and cannot walk to the car without having to step over some part of the building.
In addition to all of this, there are loose dogs in the neighborhood. The first dog was a pit bull mix that scared everyone in the neighborhood and wouldn't let anyone walk to their car without chasing them. It took Bermuda Cove five months to resolve this problem. Now there is a miniature Doberman Pinscher that roams free and they have yet to do anything about it.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! YOU WOULD JUST BE ASKING FOR TROUBLE!
