I lived there for a long year, mainly because I'm military coming from out of state and the housing office recommended the place, and I was happy to move out; The staff is friendly and do their best to help, including a bit of flirting by a recently divorced staff member (San), same thing for maintenance, however, I was paying extra because I had a view of the back pond, and it was always full of trash and beer bottles, there is construction going on at the front entrance and you can imagine the noise, dust and traffic, there is not A/C at the fitness center, and a gang of unattended kids at the pool, there are a lot parties back by building 10 and in more than one occasion I saw our neighbors or neighbor?s friends urinating in the bushes, and a bunch of homeless cats roaming around, and they ---- all over the place, ah, before I forget, the wood at the hallways is simply disgusting, and beware of the spiders.

This review is correct. The pond usually has trash in it, and there is a major stray cat infestation here. And while they do have A/C in the fitness center now, the management does not care enough about their own equipment to put a working lock on the door, so that the gang of unattended kids also vandalize the fitness center on a regular basis. And then, of course, it takes management months to fix the damage, if at all.
