after moving in we had the list of repairs needed on the check in list not taken care of until close to moving out a year and a half later! managment brushes you off for months. maintenience never comes within time limit given. they painted over our mold too!!!! when it reappered they scrapped it off the wall and said it wasnt mold! the construction workers put holes in our walls and when it rained it leaked on my ddaughters bed and mold grew on that wall now shes dealing with severe allergies and asthma. office staff is rude when you call or go to office. i dont think they even know how to write up a work order!! san flirts with every man in the complex and amy is a liar. they refuse to give a contact number to higher management when serious disputes arise. they charge way too much money for this dump. the ducks are always in the pool. cars are always getting broken into. people speed and almost hit children on the back driveway-it needs speed bumps! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

for feature renters ! Don't rent there they are so old and the staff are so unprofessional the appliances are ancient my grand ma has better appliances in her house the swimming pool never get clean up the ladies at the office are so stinky and care less attitude you will over pay your water bill they keep the money and they charge you again the interrupt the water with out a notice a least every 2 days, in three months we lost electricity about 25 times so please if you want THE CRIME RATE IS SO HIGH THEY WILL BREAK IN TO YOUR CAR OR SOME ONE WILL PULL A NIFE TO YOU IN THE PARKING LOT TO ATTACK YOU AND STHILL YOU GAS SO THE WORST PART IS OLMOST EVERY WEEK END THEY PARTY thill 1,2 am and do not do anything.. so get ready the office will not tell you this so carefull !!!
