Do not rent at Bermuda Cove.

We have lived here for the last year?. its been nothing but a nightmare.
The Bermuda Cove maintenance and management is terrible.

The fitness center: none of the equipment works? its not air-conditioned, several of the windows are still broken, and its filthy (all of which we commented on when we first moved in. We were assured all theses issues would be addressed in the next few weeks?Well its been a year and still NO improvements.

The tiles surrounding the pools are broken, making for a very hazardous environment for children.

The cabaa by the pool (once used for BBQ?s) is now a breeding ground for rodents.

In the last year we experience a problem w/ our dryer vent it was clogged, making for an extremely dangerous FIRE HAZARD. I must have called for three weeks requesting the repair. After a month with no use of our dryer, my father climbed in the attic and fixed it while visiting.

Parking Lot lighting ? is another issue. It is first apparent when you miss the turn in to the complex because none of the outside lights are in working order. Then when you do enter the complex, the streetlights do not work. Several of our neighbors in the building have had cars broken into and stolen. The reported it to the management?.NO improvements.

Actual apartment maintenance- you?d better be a handyman/woman if your going to live here?. need I say more

Water pressure...what is that again.....

OH I will end with one more complaint?. we have a leak in our ceiling?4 months now?. the paint is pealing off the wall. When we call? ?We?re working allocating the money for the repairs,? HELLO?the roof is leaking!!

I cannot stress to you enough avoid Bermuda Cove at all cost!!!!

Fitness Center Update: It is now over 3 years later after this review, and while there is now A/C, the equipment still doesn't work most of the time. Kids are constantly vandalizing the equipment, which I've pointed out several times, and still management doesn't change the code on the lock. Plus, the lock doesn't even work in the first place. It's downright false advertising when they show the fitness center to potential tenants and do not point out the many problems with it.
