I've lived there for about 9mos now and its a decent apartment. They're slightly overpriced but the staff are really nice and they get your work orders done in a timely manner. I had an issue once with my neighbor and their stereo volume but management quickly resolved that. Other than that, its actually very peaceful and a great place for my pets to be. But whether you wanna pay 1k a month for rent or 700, its just an apartment. p.s. bugs are everywhere...afterall its florida!
