The lighting in the parking lots flash on and off. The tenants let their dogs poop near the stairways making a smelly entrance. The tenants throw their trash in the grassy areas around the walkways. The shrubs stay overgrown. The back pool is GREEN and SLIMY. Nasty, looks like a toad pond. The landings and stairwells stay nasty. When one tenant leaves it looks like they take spray paint and paint over the dirty spots. They painted over wall paper. The tiles in the foyer and bathrooms are cracked. There is an ant problem in the kitchen. They never go away. I could go on and on but I'm tired of typing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
