I'm a 27 year old professional and I work in Ponte Vedra Beach, where I lived before moving out to Hodges. Honestly, the place isn't bad at all. Granted, the entrance looks like a blind chimpanzee with Down Syndrome designed it and the parking spaces look like they were designed for golf carts.
But the place stays pretty clean and the people are relatively quiet. I mean, you'll get the usualy music thumping at 2 in the morning on Friday nights, but what apartment doesn't'
Chances are, I probably won't renew since Cape House is about the similar price and the much nicer, but for somebody looking for a place at an affordable price, this place is about the best choice on Hodges.
Oh, and they don't tell you that they charge you about $35 a month for water and sewage in addition to your rent!!
