Definately NOT the safest place to live. Before signing your lease, just ask the office staff how many armed robberies have occured in the past year. Ask them how many times the extremely loud fire alarm have gone off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I mean sure, crime can happen anywhere, but they don't even have security... but if you review there ammenities, they claim to have security. Other than that, the apartment itself was nice. It's hit n miss w/ maintenance issues however. Noisy neighbors too in the middle of the night and staff's response was simply, "call the police". In all fairness though, it does depend on which side of the complex you live in.
